In this exhibition, local producers and stores that will participate will have the opportunity to exhibit their products, to display them, to advertise them, and to sell them to visitors.
20:00 Opening Night
(Location: Chora, Lozas Square – Open to the public)
Local delicacies made by the women of Chora, dance and music. A genuine Amorgiano Fair.

Tuesday 19 September

13:00 Lunch at the Monastery
(Location: Monastery of Virgin Mary Chozoviotissa – Reporters / Guests)
At the Monastery Chozoviotissa, a special event will be held were dinner will be prepared by the monks of the monastery in honor of our guests.

20:00 Documentary Screening
(Location: The Cultural Center of Kato Meria – Open to the public)
Screening of the documentary on the Fair of St. Paraskevi – from its the preparations until its closing. Filming will take place in documentary form and it will try to capture all of the grandeur of this great religious and gastronomic Fair of Amorgos.

Wednesday 20 September

10:00 Traditional breakfast
(Location: Tower, Arkesini – Journalists)
A traditional breakfast will be served in the “Tower” restaurant, with Amorgianes cheese pies, “sfougato”, “xerotigana”, “kavourma” with eggs, black wine and different shorts of cheese from Vlaviano. A tour of the nearby ancient settlement by the archaeologist Lila Marangos will follow.

20:00 Closing Night
(Location: Monastery of Agia Paraskevi – Open to the public)
We will reenact the Fair of Agia Paraskevi. The Fair’s cook, Mr. N. Mendrinos and his staff, will cook for the guests as it the custom. Furthermore, a well renowned guest chef will cook with him. At the end, a feast will follow.
